How to choose
Picking the right Koogel party and holiday
Balloon type
Long 260 balloons twist into dogs, swords and crowns, 12-inch paw print balloons dress a wall, and 36-inch balloons mark an entrance.
Inflation
Fill 260 balloons with a pump, never helium, and stop 36-inch balloons at about 85 to 90 percent with a pump or a helium tank.
Guest count
The blower pack holds 100 noisemakers and the paw print pack 100 balloons, so a school event or a big family party has one each.
Decor
Clear fillable ornaments come 20 to a pack in 3.15 or 4 inch sizes, and each green crepe streamer roll runs 82 feet.
Party
How people use our party and holiday
Balloon animals take practice, and practice pops a few balloons. The pack of about 400 long 260 balloons in 15 colors gives a beginner room to learn a dog or a sword before the party. Inflate each one with a pump, leave a short tail at the end so the air has somewhere to go as you twist, and skip helium altogether. The 36-inch giants work at another scale: 15 to a pack in mixed colors, big enough to mark a door or a photo spot from across a parking lot. Fill them slowly to 85 to 90 percent, and outdoors tie them with strong ribbon to a balloon weight.
For a dog's birthday or an adoption day, the paw print pack gives 100 white 12-inch balloons with black prints, and those balloons carry a Children's Product Certificate under US rules. Party blowers unroll with a whistle when blown and curl back on their own, 100 to a pack. The 20 clear ornaments open and close tight, so you can fill them with ribbon, candy or crinkle paper and hang them by the ring on top. Green crepe streamers, 12 rolls of 82 feet in deep, mint and light green, twist across a ceiling for a garden party or St. Patrick's Day. Favor bags and the tags that name them come from the rest of the Koogel range.

Questions
Questions about Koogel party and holiday
What should you know before giving Koogel balloons to children under 8?
Uninflated and broken latex balloons are a choking hazard, and US rules require a warning that children under 8 can choke or suffocate on them. Keep uninflated balloons away from children under 8, have an adult blow them up and watch while they play, and throw away broken pieces at once.
Can you fill Koogel twisting balloons with helium?
No. The 260 twisting balloons are made to fill with air from a hand or electric pump, and the pump is sold separately. Leave a small uninflated tail so the air has room when you twist. The 36-inch balloons and the 12-inch paw print balloons do take helium if you want them to float.
How big do your Koogel giant balloons get?
About 36 inches across when filled, three times the width of a standard 12-inch balloon. Stop at 85 to 90 percent of full size to keep them from bursting, and outdoors use strong ribbon and a balloon weight. Keep them away from direct sun, heaters and sharp edges.
How many guests can you cover with one Koogel blower pack?
One pack holds 100 blowers in dot, heart and stripe patterns, so a class party or a large family gathering has one for every guest with spares. Each blower unrolls with a whistle and curls back when you stop, and they also work as a reward in a classroom where candy is not allowed.
